Welcome to the Brotherhood Barbershop Academy, where we are excited to embark on this journey with you over the next 10 months! Our goal is to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a talented and professional barber. Under the guidance of our seasoned instructor, Alonzo Simmons, you'll learn the art and science of barbering in a supportive and engaging environment. We are committed to fostering your growth—not just as students, but as part of our barbering family.

 

Program Duration

 

- **Length:** 10 Months

- **Location:** 75 Old Trolley Rd, Unit 7, Summerville, SC 29485

 

Operational Hours

 

- **Monday - Thursday:** 9 AM - 2 PM  

- **Saturday (Make Up Time):** 11 AM - 6 PM  

- **Sunday (Make Up Time):** 11 AM - 4 PM  

 

 Rules & Guidelines

 

To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment, please adhere to the following rules:

 

- **Punctuality:** School starts at 9:15 AM sharp. There is no grace period, so please arrive on time. Late arrivals will count against your attendance record.

  

- **Dress Code:** Always wear appropriate apparel. The following items are prohibited:

  - Baggy pants

  - Open-toe shoes

  - Religious attire or graphic tees

  - You must wear your school jacket at all times while on campus.

  

- **Smoking Policy:** No marijuana smell is allowed on campus. If you smoke, make sure there is no scent while you are on the clock. Arriving with a noticeable marijuana scent will result in exclusion from the lesson for the day, which will count against your attendance.

 

- **Breaks:** Students will receive two 30-minute breaks during the day.

 

Tuition Fees

 

- **Monthly Fee:** $1,300, due on the 1st of every month.

- **Payment Options:**

  - **Weekly Payment:** $325, due upon arrival on Monday.

  - **Bi-Weekly Payment:** $650, due upon arrival on Mondays.

 

**Important:** 

- If you are late with your tuition payment, you will not be allowed to attend until the payment is made. 

- Once you choose your payment schedule, you cannot switch to a different schedule.
